✅ What You'll Do:

• Spend time with the elder before their visit to understand their needs
• Accompany them to clinics/hospitals, offering wheelchair or navigation support
• Represent their concerns clearly to doctors, and note key prescriptions
• Explain treatment steps to the elder in a way they can understand
• Set up medicine or follow-up reminders and submit a digital summary

💸 Fellowship Stipend:

• ₹300–₹900 per visit
• Fellows typically earn ₹3,000–₹6,000/month with 2–3 visits/week
• Bonus rewards, certificates, and full-time internship opportunities available

👵 Who You'll Be Supporting:

• Independent elders who need emotional or physical support for hospital visits
• Often dealing with chronic conditions, memory issues, or post-surgery recovery
• Your role is non-clinical — no medical procedures or interventions required

🛡️ Your Safety & Support:

• All clients are background-verified
• You'll receive a digital vKutumb ID and app-based assignment access
• You'll be onboarded with a short training module and can reach a support line anytime during assignments

🎓 You're a Great Fit If You Are:

• A student of MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, BPT, GNM, ANM, or any paramedical course
• Available for at least 3–4 visits/month
• Eager to develop clinical communication and patient empathy skills
• Based in a city where vKutumb is currently active (we're expanding fast!)
