• Name, contact number, email address, registration number, and clinic details provided during onboarding or profile setup.

b. Patient Information (Entered by the Doctor)

• Patient name, age, gender, and basic medical information required to generate prescriptions.
• This data is processed only for prescription generation and sharing.
• Arogya Note processes health-related information solely for medical documentation and never for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

c. Voice Input Data

• When you use voice-to-text features, your audio is transmitted securely to Google Speech-to-Text API for real-time transcription.
• Voice data is not stored or retained by Arogya Note's servers after transcription.

d. Device and Usage Data

• Device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and performance data.
• Collected to diagnose issues, improve stability, and enhance user experience.
• We do not collect photos, contacts, location, or any data unrelated to app functionality.

We use collected information to:

• Create and share prescriptions with patients (including through Aushadhi Mitra).
• Maintain account functionality and provide support.
• Improve app reliability, security, and usability.
• Comply with applicable medical, legal, and regulatory standards.

• With your consent: When you choose to share a prescription with a patient or through Aushadhi Mitra.

Third-Party Services Used:

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on secure cloud servers.
• Access to data is limited to authorized personnel only.
• If you delete your account, all personal and prescription data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Non-account operational data (e.g., crash logs) may be retained briefly to improve performance before being anonymized or deleted.

Arogya Note requests only the minimum permissions necessary:

• Microphone: Used exclusively for converting your speech into text while writing prescriptions.
